The teams are categorized into: Call Takers: A 24x7x365 group, which attends to all client calls and routes them to the core-support team.
This ensures that at any given point of time, a dedicated resource is available to attend to any client query Core-Support Team: Provides the actual solution to the problem of the client Consultancy Support Team: Development and other IT professionals, used as consultants to the Core-Support team in the problem resolution process. The blended Delivery Model not only transfers a competitive cost advantage to our clients but also ensures that every phase of the project is controlled and managed. Globsyn also provides Onsite Consulting Service at client site for a diverse range of client needs on a wide variety of platforms, and environments.
